The ideal candidate will be a time served fully skilled upholsterer and have experience of working in a development role.
Working with designers to take a new concept or line from initial design stages to a working model implemented on the shop floor.
Using their experience of furniture production the candidate will provide comment and feedback on the frame structure, foam and fabric covering techniques.
The candidate must be able to work this finished design back to workable templates to produce the pieces on a larger scale for the shop floor.
