JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working in a small team taking enquiries over the phone and via email
- Booking business travel requirements for staff and colleagues
- Booking travel requirements as required including flights, hotels, car hire and more
- Using CRS Sabre to make reservations
- Offering excellent support and service to colleagues travelling around the world
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
| Operationsmanager
 Operations Manager required for this ambitious, Inbound, Destination Management Company. You will be responsible for operating group tours in Europe and leading the Operations team.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Support, train, and hold appraisals for operations staff
Manage the operation of all group tours
Liaise with all suppliers; coaches, restaurants, hotels, tour guides..
Maximise profitablility
Monitor groups while they are out on the road, handling emergencies
Build close relationships with suppliers
Coordinate with contracting and accounting teams
Operations Manager Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Europe
Excellent knowledge of travel market within an operational capacity
Supervisory experience beneficial
Excellent contacts with local suppliers in Europe
Strong Negotiation skills
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
