To support the Factory & Sales Team by ensuring directives and service levels are met for install, site surveys & collections Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare the previous days install/survey figures
Telephone customers to book in surveys/installs
Prepare all letters of confirmation for installs/surveys
Plan efficient routing for the scheduled install/surveys
Communicate with customers on all issues and log accordingly
Within team maximise install/survey team usage to ensure reduced costs
Liaise with sales and factory to ensure smooth order flow through business
